Chicago is a very welcoming city. Therefore, a branding campaign was launched to invite everyone to the Windy City, emphasizing that they would feel right at home here. The campaign ran in major American cities, Europe, and China. In 2018, it won the "Best Tourism Marketing Campaign Award" at the Illinois Excellence in Tourism Awards.

Subway #Fullybacked

Only fully-backed ideas make it at Subway. But, for those few gems that get produced, many more have to die. To demonstrate Subway's commitment to quality, we created a social media campaign where we showcased all the ridiculous, absurd, half-baked ideas that never made it to the end. To engage people, we encouraged them to submit their half-baked ideas. At the end of the contest, we selected a winner, and 3D-printed their invention.

Bose

Bose/Fan Tracks

During Super Bowl 50, Bose wanted to stand out on social media and communicate their core brand message. So fans’ tweets have turned into original songs. Using #Letshearit, fans of both teams would tweet us their support. A band would turn the selected tweets into songs and perform them. During the campaign has been filmed the band playing and made short music videos that were retweeted to the fans. In three days, more than 60 videos of original songs inspired by fan tweets were recorded.

TUI Tourism

Tui/Bad Weather Vacation

To promote TUI, the biggest tourism company in Germany, the very first bad weather competition was created. Rules were simple: the person who experienced the worst weather won a holiday in the Caribbean. To participate, people had to check-in their weather status on a dedicated app: the worse the weather was, the higher the score. In a short time, the app became one of the most downloaded apps in the App Store.

Mercedes-Benz/2-in-1 Commercial

To promote the new AMG 45, the faster version of the Mercedes-Benz A-class, DVR technology was hijacked to create an unstoppable TV ad. Two commercials would be broadcasted at different speeds. At normal speed, viewers watched the standard version of the A-class spot. If viewers fast-forwarded the spot, they watched the faster version, advertising the faster car: the AMG 45. This ensured that the A-Class was not missed during the commercial break, regardless of the playback speed.

Sallos/Rat Roulette

Sallos, a German licorice brand renowned for its extra strong taste, offers a unique experience where tasting one is a gamble: you either like it or not! To effectively convey this challenging sensation, Rat Roulette was created – the world's first live streaming casino entirely operated by rats. This digital stunt was launched on Sallos' social channels and received an overwhelming response. On its first day online, it attracted 80K unique visitors, becoming a tremendous success.

Vodafone/Save Alt-TV

Vodafone TV is a service that delivers the main German channels in HD quality via the Internet. To launch it, a traditional TV channel called Alt TV (Old TV in English) was invented, which refused to join the HD trend. Fearing to go out of business, Gordon Barto, the CEO of Alt TV, tried to convince Germany to stay analog by starting a fierce battle against Vodafone TV. The campaign was Germany's most successful in its category and a huge hit on social media.
